Welcome to Adhvik Labs. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and diagnostic testing services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Service Description

Adhvik Labs provides the following services in Ludhiana and surrounding areas:

• Diagnostic Test Booking: An online platform for booking pathological and diagnostic laboratory tests
• Home Sample Collection: Trained phlebotomists visit your location to collect blood, urine, and other samples at your convenience
• Report Delivery: Digital test reports delivered via email, SMS, or accessible through our website
• Health Packages: Curated bundles of diagnostic tests designed for comprehensive health assessment

Adhvik Labs operates as an authorized collection centre for Thyrocare Technologies Ltd. All diagnostic tests are processed and analysed at Thyrocare's laboratories.

2. User Eligibility and Responsibilities

2.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and book services on our platform
• Individuals under 18 may have tests booked on their behalf by a parent or legal guardian
• By using our services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

2.2 User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal and medical information
• Follow all pre-test preparation instructions (fasting requirements, medication disclosures, etc.)
• Be available at the scheduled time and location for home sample collection
• Inform the phlebotomist of any medical conditions, allergies, or bleeding disorders
• Not misuse the platform for fraudulent bookings or impersonation
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with third parties

3. Booking Terms

• Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment or selection of cash-on-collection
• Time slots are subject to availability and may vary based on your location
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to operational constraints, with prior notice
• Booking confirmation details are sent via SMS and/or email to the registered contact information
• You may reschedule or cancel a booking as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• Online payments: Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and digital wallets
• Cash on Collection: Pay the phlebotomist at the time of sample collection

4.2 Pricing

• All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of booking will be honoured
• Promotional offers, discounts, and coupon codes are subject to specific terms and may have expiry dates

4.3 Payment Security

All online transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. Adhvik Labs does not store your credit/debit card details on its servers.

5. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Adhvik Labs acts as a collection centre and facilitator. Diagnostic test processing and report generation are performed by Thyrocare Technologies Ltd.
• We do not guarantee specific test result outcomes and are not responsible for clinical decisions made based on test results
• Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for delays or failures in service delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government orders
• Test results are indicative and should be interpreted by a qualified medical professional. We disclaim liability for any self-diagnosis or self-medication based on test results

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Adhvik Labs website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Adhvik Labs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without prior written consent
• The Adhvik Labs name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Adhvik Labs. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited

7. Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive to ensure accuracy:

• Diagnostic tests are processed by Thyrocare Technologies Ltd., and Adhvik Labs does not independently verify individual test results
• Test accuracy depends on multiple factors including sample quality, patient preparation, and laboratory conditions
• Information on our website regarding tests, packages, and health content is provided for informational purposes and may not always reflect the most current medical guidelines
• We recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional for interpretation of test results and medical advice

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate any of these Terms
• You provide false or misleading information
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour
• Your actions cause harm to other users or to Adhvik Labs

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Any pending bookings may be cancelled, and applicable refunds will be processed as per our refund policy.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication
• If an amicable resolution is not possible, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
• The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by both parties
• The seat of arbitration shall be Ludhiana, Punjab, India

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, Punjab, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
