Yes, home sample collection is completely free across all areas of Ludhiana. There are no hidden charges. You only pay for the test or package you select.
Fasting requirements depend on the test. Most blood tests require 10-12 hours of fasting (water is allowed). We will inform you about fasting requirements when we confirm your booking. If you book an early morning slot, overnight fasting is usually sufficient.
Most reports are delivered within 24 hours of sample collection. You will receive your digital reports via WhatsApp and email. Some specialized tests may take 48-72 hours, and we will inform you about the expected turnaround time.
